I have found a solution to it. In my .htaccess file i have a rewrite rule but unfortunately, i did not include / in the closing tag. i.e (<IfModule>). When I edited it (</IfModule>), the plugin works fine. Thanks

Jasmin’s suggestion worked for me. I disabled the plugins one after the other and tested until I found the plugin causing the problem. The list of installed plugins is showing now. Thanks Jasmin and t-p
