Thanks for the detailed instruction! I will get back to you after I try with the Health Check. At the same time, would you mind elaborating on how to switch to the default theme? I found the “theme options” but didn’t find where the default one is. Thanks for the great help!

Hi @muffinpeace

Unfortunately it doesn’t work after I resave the setting of permalinks. Our website has 60 active plugins, so I don’t think it’s sufficient to disable them one by one to check. I’m wondering if there is any quick way to find the root cause? Thanks for the great help!

Thanks for the reply! Could you please elaborate on how to check the permalinks? I went to the settings but I didn’t know what to change/save, by following this step: “Ensure it is not a permalink issue by going to Settings > Permalinks from your WordPress dashboard and pressing the “Save” button.”.
