I found out that this problem is because of YOAST plugin. This is very important plugin which I just installed because the google was not showing the description on the search.
Is there a way to fix this and still be able to use both the plugins?
Thanks I will to deactivate the plugin and see if that resolves.
I was only using WordPress-to-lead for Salesforce CRM plugin but recently added Subscribe & Download plugin

I do not have access to SF and asking my coworker to check if she is receiving anything. I have successfully installed the plugin and added the form. I have been testing the form now and getting the email that I have been submitting but there’s nothing in SF. Do you know what might be the reason for not receiving anything on SF?
