The best way to fix it is to reinstall. You change the database tables structure? I mean tables made it by the rich counter, rigth structure is here. The file which give you this error is here and now working.
I understand. WordPress accept plugins under freeware license (not GPL) with obfuscated php code?
The license is in header of rich_counter.php file.
