  • Hmmm. Very soon?? Let’s see. This was almost a 1/2 a year ago and still no change. It’s just a bit disturbing when I see all the meta title and description counts are in RED!

    Thank you for your prompt response. I look forward to the updated limits. (It’s just a pet peeve of mine to have a clean setup without errors or warnings.)

    On one of our sites, I checked the user privileges and they were set to ALL!
    It sure would be nice if someone knew how to fix this. On this particular site, this has been on there for about 2 years.
    If it can’t be fixed, can you at least kill the warning message?

    I’m still hoping that someone has an answer for this problem.

    So, what do you think?
    Any other ideas on this?

    Sorry. Thanks.
    I guess all support venues are not the same. There is another I regularly use and they have on several occasions asked me for the access information.
    Let me know if I should delete that information or is it still possible you can use it?

    Here’s the login if you want to look at it yourself.
    This is a copy in a test location. So, you won’t be hurting anything should something go wrong.

    Wordpress:
    Login Page: http://rwstemp.com/lvlmdxgit1n/
    [login redacted}

    FTP:
    Host: localhost
    Server: rwstemp.com
    [login redacted}

    There’s usually a error_log file at the root. But, not on this site. There is a error_log file at the site level. The last 3 errors are:

    [13-Apr-2017 08:19:39 America/Denver] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/levieuxlogisrest/public_html/wp-content/themes/levieuxlogis/404.php on line 10
    [13-Apr-2017 11:16:18 America/Denver] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/levieuxlogisrest/public_html/wp-content/themes/levieuxlogis/index.php on line 17
    [13-Apr-2017 23:57:28 America/Denver] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/levieuxlogisrest/public_html/wp-content/themes/levieuxlogis/index.php on line 17

    I checked the lines (10 & 17) that they refer to and it’s the function call of: get_header();

    Sorry. But, that doesn’t help me know what the problem is. Do you have any ideas?

    I’m sorry… Check what log? Where is it?

    I reinstalled the site to a new location where I set up a new MySQL user with FULL privilages and a new WordPress user with Admin rights.
    The message is still there.

    I’m getting the same message: “NextGEN Gallery : Tables could not created, please check your database settings”
    I checked the user privileges and they are set to “ALL”.
    It would seem that with over 7 million downloads, someone would know how to fix this problem.

    Thanks.

    (@sbiese)

    I take it you mean the MySQL database privileges. Yes, I checked those already and they are set to “ALL”.

    Thank you

    Updated NextGEN Gallery to 2.2.1. Didn’t help the problem.

    Same thing here.
    Can’t get rid of the message.
