In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Where is the “Compatibility mode” option?Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately, I still can’t find this option.
We use the Redis Page cache caching method. Server is Amazon LightSail Plesk managed.

In reply to: [Ultimate Member - reCAPTCHA] Google reCaptcha v3 not visible and ineffectiveIn the meantime, I had a detailed answer from UM.
v3 was actually working. I was expecting something at the bottom of the form, where v2 appears. but v3 actually appears at the very right bottom of the screen. Can you notice it?
Just activated Presto Player.
I’ll see if I get the same error.
Any update on this?
Thanks

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Broken nested elements after page cache primingHi Marko.
Thanks for the tip, but it would be very difficult to troubleshoot.
By the way, after testing it for 2 days, I had to untick the late caching option you suggested, since I noticed that pages weren’t remaining in cache more than a few minutes, instead of 12 hours.
I don’t know how this option is meant to work, but it definitely doesn’t fit our environment.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Broken nested elements after page cache primingWe use the Internal Embedding, for a while now, since the other method used to be problematic.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Broken nested elements after page cache primingHi, thanks for your suggestion.
We already use Redis. However, we didn’t use the late caching option so But I just activated it to give it atry.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t help. I faced the exact same issue after applying the setting, and clearing all caches.
To check if the issue was gone, I went to a page where the issue often occurs. It wasn’t preload/warmed yet, so I had it served from the origin. And the issue occured: missing expected CSS for that same nested section.
I guess this means the issue occurs before the Redis. Howvever, it’s still related to W3 Total Cache since it never occurs when it’s disabled.
Any other ideas to troubleshoot this?

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Problem with Elementor css stylingI face similar issues, for a couple of months as well, but mostly with inline CSS. Elementor introduced many changes over the past months, so could be related.
I’d be happy investigating to get things work better, but don’t know where to look anymore. Do you have some ideas about things to investigate?
Thanks
For now, we still don’t have a solution.
However, we’ve noticed an Elementor section, added to several pages through a short code, is partly missing (not the whole section, some parts remain visible) after clearing the cache, and being primed again.
It’s seems that the most nested objects might get skipped, when the server is busy priming pages.
Any idea of what can cause this, or maybe how to troubleshoot these cases further?
Thanks

In reply to: [Jetpack VideoPress] VideoPress Google Page Speed PerformanceHi, thanks for your reply.
Indeed, I’d like to provide you with private links, through your JetPack website contact form. Unfortunately, if I could log into JetPack’s website, I can’t seem to remain logged in on the contact support page. So that I can’t send you any message.
Anyway, in the meantime, I built a page with the same VideoPress video. The issue is the same. Your script takes 1 second to load. You can see it from any page loading a VideoPress video, even your page, where it takes almost 2 seconds, since you site is slower that ours : https://jetpack.com/fr/videopress/
The way it’s loaded, this script in content render blocking.
I think it needs, at least, to be deferred. But still, it will remain a problem for videos embedded above the fold.
That’s why I think it’d be interesting to explore ways to deliver that script as fast as possible.
Without that, your plugin remains a great way to add self hosted videos on WordPress sites, but which impacts the website’s SEO.
Thanks for letting me know when I can deliver you with links.
Best Regards,

In reply to: [Jetpack VideoPress] Can’t test the free plan from test environmentIndeed, this website is hidden behind an IP htaccess restriction. Would it explain why it doesn’t work?
Is there no way for you to prevent this?
Ok, I’ll check all these points and let you know how it goes.
