Not sure why…but I don’t see that in forms:

I don’t see that as an option on that page…
If I am looking in the right location…I see:

I have the same issue where I would like to grant access to the plugin “Forms Maker Pro” to “Editors”…currently only Admins can see this in the left sidebar when logged in.
Issue has seemed to correct itself. Not sure what the delay was…but it is working now.
