In reply to: [RSVPMaker] Pricing just disappearedI solved it. You can’t put in the $ (dollar sign) in the price field. If you do, RSVPMaker sets the value to 0.

By unchecking the “Disable Author Archives option, your Authors page will show up on your site.

Akismet – active
Contact Form 7 – Active
WordPress Importer
Biographia – Activeand my theme uses custom post types.
I have turned off all the plugins and custome post types, but still no page checkbox.
I am using a theme that is a child theme to the twenty-eleven, so I figure the issue is in there somewhere.
In the mean time, on your Exclusions page, I just copied all users to be excluded from pages (the last option) as a temporary fix until I can get this worked out. If I do, I will post my solution here.
