hey, check this out, it’s elementor, not ACF plugin causing the trouble.
Try a Fallback on version 3.7.7 Elementor Pro, this should fix your problem. maybe, over jump that update version… till it’s stable.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Advanced Custom Fields (ACF®)] Filtering and ordering by ACFlol, you debugged it in less than 17 minutes.
Hey, I have the same issue.
Case / Issue:
- The content of the ACF-Field isn’t displayed on the entire Public-Website.
- Inspecting the DOM (Dev-Tools) shows, that the ACF isn’t even populated.
- The ACF fields are displayed correctly in the websites backend, inclusive it’s contents. CRUD-Operations are possible.
- The ACF Field is correctly attached in the Elementor-Editor, via dynamic tags.
Issue occurred 1.11.2022 +/- 2.11.2022
Changes / Recent Updates:
- 1.11.2022 – Elementor Pro (v.3.7.8 > v.3.8.0)
- 2.11.2022 – WordPress (v.6.1)
I did nothing, I edited nothing. I just went into holiday-weekend and when I returned, all ACF related contents were just… gone. Yeah, pretty nice “welcome back to work”.
Solution: I couldn’t figure out, how to solve the issue. I tried a fallback on Elementor Version 3.7.8, but that didn’t solve the problem. A WordPress fallback (downgrade) is more critical (not recommended), sooo I let it at version 6.1… yeah but seeing I’m not alone with that problem, gives me hope :D.
Only solution I have for the moment is, ctrl + c and ctrl + v for the whole fucking contents from Backend, only to manually display it on every fucking site… or waiting, maybe the issue is solved with new updates.
