I did not send an email or see one in the neighborhood email’s sent files, but it is possible someone from our neighborhood association contacted you from a personal or work account.
We are totally locked out. As in, when I try to access the WP admin login, I receive the same message that any visitor would see from our homepage (the one pasted above).
Since I cannot access the Admin page, I cannot answer your questions well. However, I know that we are not using the most recent version of WP (maybe a January 2016 version) and that we typically update plugins as available. The last time I was logged on was mid-January and it is possible that I could have updated the plugin at that time if one was available. However, the website is checked after updates for conflicts and I didn’t note any at that time.
I reached out to AWPCP because the fatal error mentions it, but this problem seems to be larger than the plugin. Any ideas as to what the problem could be?
