Sorry for the delay, I don’t check here often. That’s actually an issue on their end, not in the plugin. Their API option only allows removing from the main dialog and we have no control of dialog content beyond what is provided by the JS API. 🙁

The plugin doesn’t remove the button, simply hides the amount. It also may not be compatible with all themes. What theme are you using?
