Yes, one listing was featured and one was not. I did make the featured listing a normal listing and I received the same results. It was weird, if I was logged into WordPress it said (2) if I logged out it would say (1).
I decided to deactivate WP Super Cache and it seems to be working now. Weird?

I will apologize upfront because I am a newbie when it comes to HTML. I do not even know how to begin to do what your asking.
I have a template uploaded to WordPress from Artisteer. Maybe that is conflicting with these fields? Should I re-install that template?

I don’t think you understand? I want the vendor in the directory to have their website listed.
What I do not want is the directory to ask the customer to enter their “website url” when sending the vendor and email.
