    Hi there everyone!

    I wanted to thank you for all of the assistance that you gave me through this issue, I also wanted to add the solution to my issue in case anyone else has a similar issue and stumbles upon this thread:

    The issue was that my commerce account was denied on Facebook’s side. Apparently we haven’t displayed enough trustworthiness on our page haha!

    I have got quite allot of tips on how to fix this, you just need to contact commerce support to get help on resolving this issue if you are in the same boat as I was/am.

    Hi there! I changed the wc_facebook_external_business_id variable and went to “Get Started” again, and still no luck, I keep getting the exact same error.

    I had a different Facebook page previously linked to my website, and there is more than 1 pixel to choose from. Would the error be on the Facebook side of things by any chance?

    I have also contacted my host and asked them to change the necessary variables, but this has clearly also not worked in the end!

    Are there any other avenues to follow? I don’t want to believe that it is just plan impossible for me to use this plugin!

    I am closing in on a nice sale that I wish to run, it will be amazing to connect my page to my store before that. I also just got WhatsApp business, and it will work great if I can have my products readily available on Facebook. Please!!

    Hi there! I can’t un connect the Facebook for Woocommerce from my website, since the issue is that I can’t link it up to begin with. I would absolutely love to find a fix for this please! Every time I click on the “Get started” button, and go through the steps, on the last step while linking, I am faced with this response:

    I really hope we can get a fix for this! It has been very unfortunate not being able to link my website and my Facebook page as of yet.

    Thanks for the response, I just fixed the issue! There was something wrong with my Storefront Child theme, I switched back to the original storefront theme and everything seems to be working now!

    The error:

    Once I go to “Get started” The first thing that seems off is all of the created catalogues tell me “Catalogue is not associated with the shop tied to your page or Instagram account” or “something went wrong, this catalogue is unavailable at the moment”

    It does however allow me to continue, and when I do and I get to the stage where it is linking to facebook, it says something went wrong: This may be because of a technical error we are trying to fix, please try reloading this page.

    Once I do that, it reloads, and the whole process just starts over again

    I can’t enable debug mode when using the latest version of the plugin, the option isn’t available, I can only click get started, and that is where my issues lie, since I can’t get started and the syncing with my page doesn’t want to happen initially.

    I hope this is enough info to help you spot the error! I’ll go look at the documentation now and see if that helps. If it does, I will update here.

    Hi there, sorry for the late response, I have now followed your suggestions, logging a request at support forums and now going to the contact form as well.

    However, I don’t have an account with woocommerce.com, I am using Woocommerce.org. Is this an issue with using the contact form?
