Thanks @imcobarn, that is helpful and gives me some direction.
Thats unfortunate you cant let me know where in the code to make that change. Seems it should be a single place that calls the job listing and a single place that I would have to change a bit of code, I guess this is the downfall of not being a developer.
I am just going to use a different system. Thanks. I am assuming this has something to do with the modifications I have made to my theme. We would need to find something that works without conflicts. This was our fist choice, but we need to follow the past of least resistance at this point. None of the links above will work anymore.
