Apologies for the late reply!
The plugin doesn’t display the UTF-8 symbols because the plugin is encoded with FontAwesome symbols. Disable the FontAwesome symbols from the plugin to show UTF-8 symbols.

Extremely sorry for the late reply!
The issue you are talking about might be occurring from the preloader or lazy load. If you are using any lazyload plugin then give a try by turning off it and you can also try to use a preloader plugin that will allow the widget to load normally.

No data/images will be lost though you delete the plugin and reinstall it. Just ensure that it is unchecked when you delete the plugin. https://prnt.sc/tzz62e

We have replaced the h3 tag with the h4 tag by customizing the plugin. Please download the plugin.
Or, You can also change the Title font size by using the below CSS:
.sp-easy-accordion .sp-ea-single .ea-header a{ font-size: 18px !important; }Adjust the size as you wish. Check the screenshot for a better understanding.

Yes, quick view text can be replaced with a font awesome icon. Put the below CSS to the plugin Other Option> Custom CSS field.

Adjust the margin as you like.
