We are really sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the plugin and the features in the free version don’t match the set that you’re looking for. It would be great if you contact us for a feature request on the support forum. Giving a bad review to a plugin for a feature request is really unfortunate as it doesn’t offer this feature.

Thank you for your question. Actually it is pretty tough to give you a solution without inspecting the issue. It would be helpful for us if you provide us a reference link of the page where you have used the product slider section so that we can inspect and give it a try.

Yes, you can add capabilities to the editor user role to allow them to add/edit testimonials easily using the following codes into your PHP files:
add_filter( 'sp_testimonial_post_type_args', 'testimonial_show_to_editor' ); function testimonial_show_to_editor( $args ) { unset( $args['show_ui'] ); $editor_compatible = array( 'show_ui' => current_user_can( 'edit_others_pages' ) ? true : false ); return array_merge( $args, $editor_compatible ); }Let me know if you have done it fine.
