Are you using Carousel Type: Image or Post? If you want to open the picture in full size, please select the Original uploaded size from this option.

Thanks for your question. Making a carousel image to a custom link URL is a premium feature. We are sorry to say that this feature is not available in the lite version.

Hope you are fine. We are really sorry to hear that you’ve found limited options in the plugin. The Tooltips option is not available even in the Pro version. Truly, some extra features have been kept only for the pro version and the Free version is fulfilled accordion plugin. You can make header font italic by custom CSS. It would be great if you contact us for a feature request before posting a bad review and we could try to help you in this regard.

Giving a bad review to a plugin for a feature request is really unfortunate as it doesn’t offer this feature.

The plugin works very well out-of-the-box and we are continuously working to make it better. As the plugin didn’t harm your site, we hope that you’ll consider your reviews to inspire us so that we can make it features riched for our valuable users.

Don’t worry! You can delete one without hesitation. Nothing will happen. Where you have pasted the shortcode like post or page, you can remove or erase from there too and update.
