Sorry for being late to reach you.CSS should work. Please try again to put the above CSS to the plugin Setting > Custom CSS field to change the Title and Text to Montserrat. If it doesn’t work then please share your reference link so that we can inspect and provide you with an exact CSS.

Apologies for the late reply. We tested the CSS you shared on the local site and it works fine. To make the CSS specified for the product slider plugin you can use the below CSS:
#wps-slider-section .slick-track{ display: flex !important; } #wps-slider-section .slick-track .slick-slide { display: flex !important; height: auto !important; align-items: flex-end !important; justify-content: center !important; }Hope the above CSS helps.

It is really sad to hear that you have faced such an issue. We have tested the plugin on our local site and everything works perfectly. The plain text editor is HTML compatible, Shortcode supported. There are thousands of plugins out there, we are unable to make the Tab plugin compatible with all of them but we follow a standard way so that all the plugin shortcodes can be used in the tab plugin.

Apologize for the late reply. Linking to the member detail page doesn’t depend on the layouts. No matter which layout you select, You can either set direct linking to the member detail page/single page(profile) or display the member detail/single page(profile) in the Modal/Pop-up.
Direct linking is available in the free version of the plugin but the Pop-up/Modal is the premium feature of the plugin. See the screenshot.
