Thanks for the reply,
1.I have verified that cURL is enabled

2.And also “Enable Callback Locking” option is disabled.
3.Both the names in URL and Callback URL are same as you have given.
4.I also regenerated the Api key and token.

Any more suggestions what can i do?

I am now also using Comments – wpDiscuz By gVectors Team. It is integrating good with Super Socializer. But still the twitter one is not working
