“Administrator” is the only box checked. “Whitelisted Users” is blank. Found the problem. Noticed in the title bar that the plugin was disabled. Went to the status block and checked “on” and it now works. Thanks for the help. Originally thought it would engage once the plugin was “activated”.
I installed plugin on Hueman theme. Installation was successful however the “Under Construction” page does not appear. I have logged in with multiple browsers (as a site visitor)to check the appearance, but the page does not appear. Need a solution.
