 * Experiencing a similar issue with this plugin. Firstly, I will say I am a fan
of this plugin. I have it running in several sites flawlessly. That being said
however, I just completed a fresh install of WP 4.2.2 running Chef Theme on GoDaddy
Windows server cococakesbycoco.com I have 4 additional plugins running without
issue. ThemeMyLogin, Jetpack, RecipeHero, Akismet. CCF 6.7.3 installs without
problem but upon initiating the active command for CCF 500 server error returns
and the site is unreachable with the exception of the front page. Unable to access
the dashboard or any admin features, I used the DB through phpMyAdmin to deactivate
the plugins. This immediately restored access to the dashboard & all pages. I
went back in to test CCF by only activating it. All other plugins are inactive.
The same issue occurred. I repeated my steps above to restore again. Lastly,
I deleted the CCF plugin and reinstalled then attempted to activate once more
which produced the same issue again.
One last thing to note: The URL site address
and WordPress directory are not the same. WP sits in a subdirectory of the URL
   cococakesbycoco.com
