Sorry for the confusion. YITH responded to @kyleblunt above that Kallyas might not be using standard WooCommerce hooks.
I have seen them offer that same answer on different threads, but frequently they will offer a code change recommendation for the specific theme. It appears to be similar each time but with minor variations. However, it will need to be exact, so I am hoping that @yithemes will offer the needed code change for Kallyas V 4.XX in my case, V4.8
I provided Kallyas support this same information on Friday to see if they could solve what appears to be a fairly common problem, but they didn’t respond by end of day.
I can see that YITH Support often looks at the various themes like Kallyas and then recommends the code and specific place that it needs to be replaced.
Would be very grateful if they could do that for Kallyas Theme V 4.X
