 * I am using WP 3.7.1 and Quicktags 3.1. I have the same problem as john7012. If
   logged into WP I get the quicktags with my comment form, but if not logged in
   they don’t show.
 * However, when viewing the source for both page types, the code is exactly the
   same; which includes the html and such for the quicktags. I looked in the quicktags.
   php and the ‘is_singular’ is being used. I changed it to ‘is-single’ and reloaded
   the page, but still no quicktags. HELP!

 * I read the Quicktags API, found the quicktags.js in my wp-includes, and have 
   looked at the plugin files — I cannot find #qt_comment_toolbar anywhere.
 * I must be confused somehow. Where did the qt_comment_toolbar ID attribute come
   from?
 * I would like to add some additional styling to the buttons, but cannot find the
   id attributes.
