 * Thanks so much for your answer. I don’t know why, but before the last update 
   the style of countries list was the same of the other fields. Maybe I lost some
   edit I did to CSS? I imagine that translating countries for each language is 
   an enormous task and agree with you. I will be happy to help if you will need
   in future.

 * So with the next release the question mark problem will be solved? Also the style
   of the list looks different from all the other fields (this would be important
   too).
 * The translation in the Italian language file is very good. Ok, I will send you
   the po/mo files with just a little improvement (later, you decide if to approve
   or not).
 * As for the country names, maybe the best thing would be having theme in the language
   of the site (it would be very difficult to understand countries name in other
   alphabets). If you need, I can translate the list of the countries in Italian.
