Hi, Thanks for the support. I got it figured out. For anyone who would face a similar situation
1. Follow Dokan permalink recommended structure
2. Enable apache mod rewrite sudo a2enmod rewrite
3. Add overriding to the apache2.conf
<Directory /var/www/html/YourFolder/>
Options FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride All
</Directory>

Thank you very much for getting back. I followed the instructions of the link and setup permalinks. However everything else in Dokan works except for single vendor shop. Even mapped a URL to see whether is works. But just 404.. Please help.
