May I know the version of PowerPack that you are using? And is it possible for you to share any screenshots of the error?

The update is available. You can update PowerPack to the latest version, and the issue will be fixed.
1. The option is fixed, and an update will be available soon with the fix.
2. This is not a bug. Posts per page option for the main query is handled from WordPress settings. You can change it by going to Dashboard -> Settings -> Reading page.
