We have fixed the issue and released an update. Please update PowerPack to the latest version 2.8.2 to get the fix.

Your theme is illegally using our paid plugin. We don’t provide a license to embed our paid plugin in themes. You must contact your theme support team to get the fix. We only provide support for our paid plugin to our paid customers.

The Gravity Form now, by default, sets its “Orbital” theme for forms in the settings. Please navigate to Gravity Forms settings and change the theme to “Gravity Forms 2.5 Theme” and it will restore the original style of the form that you can control with the Gravity Forms widget.
