I had the same problem and found your answer.
It worked!
Just wondering how or why the problem might arise, I don’t recall changing the ICON/LINK button, so why would the problem develop?

Hi again,
So i tried the suggestions and no luck but I have found that if I space both dropdown menus between a main menu the issue is resolved on mobile/ipad view, however it still limits me in how I can lay out my menu. So it seems that where x2 dropdown menus are side by side o the main menu it causes an issue. Does this help in finding out where the issue may lie?

What I’ve tried so far.
1. clearing cache on site
2. clearing browser cache on devices
3. installed enable jquery migrate helper
4. updated all plugins/themes
