Ahhhh Ok,
I’m just using it to select colours in a grid system in the admin etc and i wanted to have my ‘most used’ colours to come up instead of the generic black, white, red, orange yellow etc colours.
Surprised this can’t be changed somewhere in the colour picker CSS or somewhere.

Its not a plugin, its the default colour selector that comes with WP.
