In reply to: [Job Manager] JM Applications: Uploads not showingYour site needs to be updated – WP Core, Plugin and Theme. Avada is now at release 4.0.3 both Avada and WP have many improvements and bug fixes.
Your host is also very slow, your issue appears to be compound issues that may be contributing to your JM issue.
Avada is a theme that takes some finesse on upgrades. Not to be taken lightly.

In reply to: [Job Manager] Get theme sidebar and show on application pageSide Bars are a function of your Theme and no Job Manager.
Most Themes have a Default Layout but often allow you to chose different layout for differing pages.
If your theme supports layouts you would modify the layout of the main /jobs/ page to either show sidebar or not. The specific content of your side bar is controlled by what widgets you use with your theme.
Please post a link to your site for any additional support.

In reply to: [Job Manager] display location on jobs list page?Location is a function within the Job Form settings. Ensure its added to the job and when you add new jobs add the Location Data.
Then ensure the short code for “[job_field4_label], [job_field4]” showing in your Job List Template and Individual Job Template.

In reply to: [Job Manager] Different application questions for different jobsonesourcebackground – The way this forum is supposed to work is your supposed to open your own question not hitch onto another. That person probably found an answer and that’s why its resolved.
The Answer is to set up Categories of Jobs that specific Questions might be attributed to. Recruiting Professionals using JM do this all the time.
One example non-US workers where you need to know about Sponsoring for H1B Visa. Those Jobs are specific to a Category of Job set up by the Recruiter and selected in the JB App Form Settings.

In reply to: [Job Manager] Notifications Stopped1. Please reference this thread – email issues are usually 99.99% issues with your hosting environment and NOT job manger.
2. You will get a submission date on the email however, in order for you to get this on the “Applications List” you will need to add a Form Field on your main form to capture that information and then ensure you have checked to apply that data to the main list in the Back-End. That is a feature update we hope to add shortly so that the date is automatically added to the back-end so for now what I provided is a work-around that we have used on many sites.
