I don’t use ad blockers on either Chrome or Edge. I purged the website cache on Chrome and that didn’t make a difference. I cleared the cookies and cache on Edge and that didn’t make a difference. Then, I turned on the Auction Nudge caching as you recommended, and I could see the eBay items in Chrome, but still nothing in Edge. Strange, but I’m very happy I can see that it’s working. Thank you very much for your fast responses!

I wasn’t able to try removing the special characters before you sent out a fix, so I just upgraded the plugin and then tried to load the page. It was still blank. I then went into the shortcode generator and ran it without any keywords added. It gave me this:

    [auction-nudge tool=”listings” item_sellerid=”5679vince” item_siteid=”0″ item_theme=”responsive” item_lang=”english” cats_output=”dropdown” item_maxentries=”6″ item_page=”init” search_box=”1″ item_carousel_scroll=”4″ item_carousel_width=”140″ item_carousel_auto=”0″ item_grid_cols=”2″ item_grid_width=”100%2525″ item_show_logo=”1″ item_blank=”0″ item_img_size=”120″ item_sortorder=”” item_listing_type=”” item_keyword=”” item_categoryid=””]

which I put onto the website page and tried it. Still nothing showed in Chrome or Edge. I then went back into the shortcode generator and clicked on the blue “Preview” button, and it gave me this:

    [auction-nudge tool=”listings”]

which I then put on the page and tried it. Still blank in both Edge and Chrome. I find it confusing where I’m supposed to click on the shortcode generator (from inside the plugin, from the list of plugins page, does it matter?) and if I’m supposed to Preview it or not before copying the resultant shortcode into the page.

Nevertheless, no matter which way I do it, my page is still blank. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Thank you so much for your quick responses and helpful advice. There have been so many plugin and theme updates pushed out lately that troubleshooting this particular one has been dragging me down for days. I sincerely appreciate it!

I did start going through the WP-Optimize settings. First, I fully turned off caching, and that didn’t make any difference. I then went into the Minify section and turned off all the JavaScript files section. The testimonials slider did work once again. I then went into the specific JavaScript files section of Minify and unchecked the “enable minification of JavaScript files” but left the “enable merging of JavaScript files” checked, and the testimonials slider still worked.

While I was doing it, I figured I’d test the other option as well, so I left checked “enable minification of the JavaScript files” and unchecked “enable merging of JavaScript files.” The testimonials slider still worked. I then checked both options again, and the testimonials slider stopped working and displayed as stacked. Therefore, it appears that the default in WP-Optimize’s Minify JavaScript section of having both options checked is what’s causing the issue with the testimonials slider. Unchecking either option will get it working again.

Would you have advice on which option is the better one to leave unchecked?

Thank you for the fast reply. I did clear the full website cache and deactivated the WP-Optimize plugin. It’s definitely a conflict with the WP-Optimize plugin, as once it was disabled, the rotator worked normally again. Since this is the website’s Home page, what would you recommend to get rid of this conflict? I tried disabling the cache on the Home page under the plugin’s “URL’s to exclude from caching” section, but that clearly didn’t work.
