Hi again, I've just had this reply from our support in regards to what you said above -

I've tested switching to the default WordPress TwentyTwentyTwo theme, added the line provided to the theme functions.php and also disabled all plugins apart from:

woocommerce
yith-woocommerce-wishlist

Unfortunately i'm still seeing the same error being shown:
