We called the hosting company and it doesn’t seem to be the issue. I’m just out of ideas. Pages, media and some codes for mobile are gone.
Just a redirection from .at and .com domains but I don’t think that would be the reason. I tried disabling/enabling all plugins so it’s not about it either.
I found out that some media and pages have been deleted even though no one made any changes. I could republish the pages but I can’t find the media, and the page looks broken on Safari (buttons disappeared, the navigation menu is not clickable and some blocks disappeared)
There is too much white space and product images are not appearing because of this issue. Normally everything is in place.
Also thanks for the user experience suggestions but I need a technical solution to this issue.
