 * It happens that when I enter the poll options panel and choose the setting option
   there is nothing. If I create it again, I can generate it but it does not save
   it and it becomes empty again.
    therefore I cannot establish in my survey the
   start and end times, nor the form of voting because I do not have the option 
   of settings

 * Hello I could solve it. Apparently the vote is already published by modifying
   the option of single vote, any vote of the accountant so far is deleted and is
   zero, starting again.
