It fixed itself.
I realise now that several of my pages on the website doesn’t look right – not on computer browser either. I have tried to go back to a version from a month ago, but nothing seems to work.

Yes exactly. Only one sheet is not updating its form, the others are.
In terms of how many integrations I have: I have 25… ‘:D
They’re all there for the same thing, but I think only one of them is working and actually serve as the integration to Sheets.
As I lost counts whilst trying to make it all work initially, I don’t dare to delete any of the many that doesn’t work, as they’re all named pretty much the same. Lol.
I don’t see any error messages though!

Do you mean this advice:
`If you cannot disconnect them, try this:
– regenerate secret key in Google
– update it in Google Sheets integration and try to re-authorize
– at some point it will say redirect_uri_mismatch error but then the integration popup in Forminator will keep the spinning wheel; if you close it now and reload the Integrations page – Google Sheets will be gone from the “Connected Apps” section.Once that’s done, go to your Google App and remove the OAuth key from there; if there are more than one, remove all of them.
Then set the new one (just like when creating the app from scratch) and make sure to save it in Google before clicking authorize button in Forminator. It should work right away this way (note: if you are using multiple Google accounts make sure that the browser is logged in to correct one).`

Before I had tried making two renders the first worked, yes. But ever since I tried putting two confirmation mails in one .php file and importing it, neither have worked. Yes, it seems stuck now.

Thanks for helping me adding the right coding in the file!
Unfortunately, I still don’t get any confirmation mails, even though I’ve copied said coding and adding the add_filter in the end of the code. I also double checked that I’ve adding the [wpmu_mail_render] and [wpmu_mail_render_2] in the text box of the recipient option with both {email-1} and {email-2} from the form.

Unfortunately, when I put two templates in, I don’t get any emails as confirmations. The codes in Forminator is the same as before, the [wpmu_mail_render] and [wpmu_mail_render_2]
