When the tables are removed, they are removed manually in phpmyadmin. I have tried many times, sometimes after removing the tables and some others without removing tables, all lead to the same errors.

When tried to import tables that were backed up not using backuply, they worked fine. For this my suspension is that the SQL written by backuply is not completely compatible with MySQL queries.

Thanks @bcworkz for your input. I know that strange files only means compromised, nothing else. I had to remove files manually and replace the whole WordPress files with files downloaded from ww.wp.xz.cn, but it was not enough, as there are some manipulations in the database, but I have fixed them all and got the site back to normal.

I wish there is a tool to fix this, but even though some pretend to do it, there isn’t actually a tool to do this.

@pulak00 Thanks for your message. There are a lot of things that are not working as per my previous message. While I am looking for another solution I found your other plugin “Product Slider for WooCommerce” which worked much better and almost everything worked fine, except that I cannot select products which turned to be only available in the pro version.

For this plugin, I am sorry that it is on the development server which I use locally, if you like, I can send screenshots for the issues.

@algolplus It is the settings page. Anyway, since you mentioned the minimum required version, I have updated to woocommerce version 3.6; now I can see the settings page open well without a proble.

There was something wrong, there wasn’t a selection area, but now it is visible so I can choose from the templates.

Another issue, the preview button is not showing even though that in the settings it is not disabled. What to do?

On the other hand, I selected to the downloadable card, but nothing shows a button to download it. What do you suggest?
