Would it be possibly because of an automatic WordrPress update from version 4.9.0 to version 4.9.1? As this was the only change that happened to the website.

Thanks a lot for your reply, I wanted to ensure that everything is going well before replying to you.
I am not sure why I could not see the 2 categories just after the plugin was installed, but now they do appear both.
For the menu, I did not know that is supports menus, but it is. I used another plugin to control the menu permissions, but I seem remove the other plugin and keep “Restrict User Access”.
One more thing if you could help in this, I tried using another plugin for the whole menu access, it’s at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/user-role-menu-by-worldwideweb-solution/, in simple words, I can create many menus then assign each one to any role from a selection of the roles available. The result is that a menu is showing to a specific role(s) as a complete menu. This plugin in did not save the selection.
Is it possible to add this feature to your plugin “Restrict User Access”?

I also support this option, in my example, I do not need the subject field at all, why do I have to keep it there as a blank one. It is better to choose required fields on the list and also to be able to choose names in the exported CSV.
@arshidkv12, of course it is your decision, but an addition would be appreciated.
