No, I wouldn’t try to make a poor review, I know it wouldn’t support you. One tool is a good one, I use it on some websites, but I tried to use another, it was good for migration rather than backup & restore as I needed a simple plugin, you could find it at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/, It has limits to the free version and extended on the paid version.
Try looking for keywords like migration, duplicating.

I totally agree with you that it is strange, I know for sure there were 3 backup files which I kept as I am working on the development of this website.
On the FTP, no, I have not deleted any files, the idea behind the activation of the plugin is that because I need to backup and restore every short time, sometimes in minutes as the development goes on, so I kept the 3 files for specific restore points.
In the backup folder, there are only 3 json files plus the htaccess file, but the backup files are not there for sure.
OK, before I go through the support ticket, let me give it another try, but this website development, I had to put offline for sometime, but will try it again on a different one, in this case I will need sometime, I am not sure a week or more, but will keep it in mind.

You could put somewhere on the first line or first paragraph to mention another plugin with restore and probably additional features.
This plugin is nice, I liked it, but what I needed is something quick to be used in the development stage that provides quick restore to a several points as I am trying different themes and plugins in the development and once they have problems I need to remove all traces and return to a point.
On the other hand, I am a developer myself and do understand completely that sometimes you need to get additional support to keep on the track.

Although it was last updated 2 years ago, at my side, menu is not clickable, clients is clickable but does not take anyway, the BMI & BMR are working fine.
I am using latest WordPress version.

In reply to: Support Search on WebsiteI don’t know why technically it needs a lot of time, but if you code it manually, it only needs a couple of lines condition to make it work unless you make changes in a plugin or so.
We have to be patient, but we are looking forward to see this.

I have previously installed https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ as suggested by the developers of the theme, then also installed the plugin Force …, suggested by you, neither of them gave a working result.
I also updated the theme as suggested by the developers, but also did not work.
The result that it is still not working.
