Ok in case anyone is still looking at my problem, I got it fixed thru my FTP. Not certain how but I just kept at it until I got the site up and running again

My problem is the only place I can get to is this error message
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’ in /home/norm1/public_html/6degreesofseparationonline.com/wp-content/themes/small-business-seo/functions.php on line 13
That is what I get when I paste my blog domain into a browser,
I don’t know how to get past it.
