OMG THANKYOU!!!!! I have had this issue for weeks and this fixed the problem!!! I am so glad i came across this thread.

Thanks for your reply. I deactived the Stripe plugin from Installed plugins AND removed it from my payments. The issue is still there. I also switched to Storefront and the -OR- remains unforutanly.

Any other ideas?
