How do I add the header using this plugin?

Here is the header. I inserted this in the header using another plugin.

I did that and I enabled the PHP function. It’s still the same.

I made the suggested changes and added the shortcode. The media.net ads have disappeared from my website completely now.
Block 6 is how I want it. Media.net ads after every 8 paragraphs. I don’t want one code after another in the same block. But as you must be able to see now, all the ads appear together.
Please Check it now. I enabled block 6 and paused block 3.
Yes that’s because I revert back to original settings after every try because my site is still live. Is there any other way I can demonstrate this?
I have cleared out the filter. I tried two things:
1. I paused block 3 and resumed block 6. All of the ads were clustered together after paragraph 8.
2. I added the code from block 6 below the code in block 3. Adsense, which is the first part of code from block 3, appeared after paragraph 8. Media.net which is the additional code in the block 3, appeared after the adsense ad, and all the media.net ads were clustered together. As I scrolled down, there were adsense ads, but no media.net ads, because all of the media.net ads appeared together below the first adsense ad.
I don’t understand the filter. But what block 3 is doing is that it is adding ads from Adsense after every 8 paragraphs.
I just used to filter option in block 6 because I was trying everything to get it to work. Even if I don’t use filter in block 6, ads still show together instead of every 8 paragraphs.
I have already enabled remote debugging.
