In reply to: [Timetable and Event Schedule by MotoPress] Some Events Don’t Show UpWhat ultimately solved it was reducing to a minimum the number of categories and making subsequent entries sub-categories (“children”). Rather than having “Jazz”, “Rock” and “Reggae” categories, there is now just a “Music” category with each genre getting a sub-category of the parent. Works!

In reply to: [Timetable and Event Schedule by MotoPress] Some Events Don’t Show UpThis appears to be somehow related to Categories. If I assign an Event to a Category that matches an Event already on the Timetable, it will show up. If I assign it to a newly created Category, it will not.
For example, if I categorize a NEWS program as “Jazz” after successfully posting jazz shows, the News program WILL show up; if I categorize a NEWS program as “News”–a new category–it will not show up.
Is there a limit to the number or TYPE of Categories that can be set up?

In reply to: Radio Station Now Playing InformationHayden, you’re asking the magic question to which I’ve been seeking the answer for years. We currently pull “now playing” info off our Icecast server, but I would rather push it directly to our WordPress based website. Hope someone has some answers!

In reply to: [ColorMag] Problems with External Links in SidebarAh, jeez…I hate it when the obvious lies there, snake-like. I was using HTML entered in a text box; I didn’t see the custom menu widget. Back to the drawing board…
Thanks!
