i removed all custom fields permanently and tried it will just the first name and last name and its still doing the same thing 🙁 totally sucks as i really need the search function above all else.

How is that possible? Two of the field ive used were included as standard fields within the plugin. Excuse me if im being dumb but is there a way to rectify this?
i dont have access to root files only wordpress backend interface

So after my third uninstall and reinstall it magically started to work. Im afraid i can shed no light on why it suddenly worked but i hope you guys can get sorted. I was starting to look at other solutions but IMO this is the best plugin, i have it working on two other sites so this was driving me mad.

haha, its only when the search function is on, otherwise i can see all users. Driving me bonkers!
im having the same issue but i just cant figure it out, i have it working fine on another site, just cant figure out what i have done wrong
