 * I just created a topic on the BeRocket support page. However, I do not see how

 * Yes, the account information is correct.
 * With respect to tickets, this was done through the BeRocket website, from the
   contact page: [https://berocket.com/contact](https://berocket.com/contact). After
   this, I did not receive any email confirming receipt of the sent message.
 * In relation to the problem that I inform you, this does not require great explanations.
   Simply, when requesting the copying of a label, the only thing that happens is
   that nothing happens. The process seems to enter an infinite loop that does not
   end.
 * Finally, I understand that the way to check this would be accessing the web administration
   and check what happens with this option of copying labels.

 * First of all thanks for your answer.
 * As I said, I sent 2 tickets to the support service to communicate this fault 
   and I have not received any response. This has been through the BeRocket page.

 * Everything works correctly, except the action of copying an existing label into
   a new one. Perhaps it is due to some conflict with the seedling (Flatsome) or
