Sorry for the delayed answer, we have an average response time of 12 hours here: https://wpdarko.com/support but we don’t always check support forum on ww.wp.xz.cn.You can change the shortcode name by editing the Pricing Table slug, you can show the Slug field by clicking the Screen Options label at the top right corner of the screen and then ticking Slug.
Don’t forget to Save your changes, the shortcode name should be updated.

This website isn’t using our plugin. And we don’t sort members alphabetically, it is not a feature from our plugin. I suggest you ask the developer of your current plugin.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about this.
We’ve tested our plugins with the latest version of WordPress and I believe we’ve fixed all issues we found days before the actual release of 5.5.
We did have requests about conflicts in our support system, mostly from other plugins or people that didn’t update our plugins. If you have any credentials/URL where I can take a look at your issue I would do my best to fix any issue. I understand that you deactivated our plugins, but the offer still stands if you need it.

#3 If an image does convey important information, the information is provided to assistive technologies and is also available when the CSS image is not displayed.Literally all the information about your member is available when this CSS image is not displayed, which makes it WCAG compliant, at least in this particular situation.
EDIT: This may be subject to interpretation. It is my honest opinion at least.

Although I understand the frustration (I really do), it doesn’t make it a bad plugin that deserves a one-star review for an “accessibility” issue. The plugin works and is used by many, no one has ever reported this before and while I understand it, it is not a major issue.
Thank you for your feedback anyway, I have let the devs know, maybe we can change this in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. As I said earlier it is not possible to add alt attribute to these images because they are added as a background, with CSS. Alt attributes are for HTML elements.
Hope this helps understand why you can’t use alt here.

Rating the plugin one-star for this reason is unfair.

Can you tell me what theme you are using?
Also, were you using the latest version of Top Bar?
I can’t reproduce the issue on my side but I really would like to help you and solve this.
