 * Hi,
 * So basically if you have 340 clients inside your crm you must go through all 
   clients on a daily basis to check if they send you emails? This is a major flaw
   if you ask me. There must be a clear overview somewhere of incoming emails. Other
   then that I like the software but I’m starting to second guessing to buy it now
   unfortunately.
 * And secondly, why isn’t it possible for employees and departments to manage their
   own email accounts inside the software. I use my main email adres support@ but
   I think that you should also be able to add hr@ for human resources and sales@
   for quote requests etc.
 * Is there a possibility that you guys add this?
