Still, I wanted to use this plugin. However, I will have to switch to something else in case I don’t see notifications…

I’ve done everything from the suggested list:
1. I’ve installed Woocommerce on different website with latest version of PHP (7.1): emails are not sent
2. I’ve created a site via wp_staging, where I’ve switched off all plugins: emails are not sent
3. I’ve even switched a theme to Storefront (your latest theme, should be well integrated with Woocommerce): the same
4. I’ve launched a “Health check” plugin.
No issues except that I don’t use https (I plan to use it later since not all features or website work correctly with https)I’ve run out of possible solutions.
Emails are still not sent.

As for plugins, I can’t switch off some of them right now.By the way, my theme is “Canvas” from Woothemes, I thought that it should be well integrated with Woocommerce (theme and plugin are from the same producer)

1. According to mail log, emails are triggered
2. Mails are still not sent.
3. SMTP server works correctly, I’m able to send test emails (I even installed a special plugin for configuring SMTP)Settings in Woocommerce are correct (I even tried to use different emails for notifications). Considering that everything else except those notifications works correctly, I conclude that the issue is Woocommerce

I’ve changed permalink to “Post name”
In my case, questions appeared after I’ve pushed the “Enroll” button. So, they were kinda frozen before.
Maybe, you should try to do the same…
