Hello,
Our WordPress developers are continuously working to improve the Speed Optimizer and ensure its compatibility with most extensions (plugins and themes). However, it is possible that some extensions may not be fully compatible with the plugin’s optimization features. You can try deactivating the Frontend Optimization features related to JavaScript or CSS files one by one. If the issue is resolved after disabling a particular optimization feature, you can use the built-in exclude option below each optimization to exclude any scripts or stylesheets related to the drop-down functionality:
TUTORIAL: Frontend Optimizations in Speed Optimizer
Please keep in mind that some third-party extensions may not trigger the standard WordPress hooks to enqueue scripts or stylesheets. In such cases, you can rely on the custom filters we provide with the plugin, which can be included in the functions.php file of the currently used theme:

Of course, if you are a SiteGround customer and need assistance with this, you can always contact our Support Team.Best Regards,
Stanimir PanayotovHello,
Firstly, I would like to clarify that we provide support in the ww.wp.xz.cn Plugins/Themes directories only in English. This ensures that discussions can be understood by everyone visiting the page. That being said, by default the Dynamic Cache (full page caching) will not work for pages served with cookies or specific URLs (such as login or user profile pages). This is designed to prevent serving the same cached content which might be sensitive to multiple visitors. More details on how our full page caching works can be found here:
https://www.siteground.es/kb/cache-dinamica-de-siteground-configuracion-encabezados-y-purgado/
If this is not the case and you are a SiteGround customer, please post a ticket in the SiteGround Help Desk so that we can investigate further.

Stanimir PanayotovHello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I want to let you know that we only provide support in English on the ww.wp.xz.cn forum.
Regarding your question, the Speed Optimizer works well with WooCommerce. The Dynamic Cache (available only for SiteGround users) is set up to exclude only certain URLs and pages with specific cookies from being cached. You can find more information here:
https://www.siteground.es/kb/cache-dinamica-de-siteground-configuracion-encabezados-y-purgado/
All other pages should be cached by default unless they have custom cache-control headers or additional cookies from other extensions that prevent this.
You can control the caching features directly from the plugin and choose specific pages not to be cached:

If you are a SiteGround customer and have a specific issue with the plugin or caching features, please submit a new request through the Help Desk in your SiteGround User Area. This will allow us to access your website and address your request.

Stanimir PanayotovHello,
WordPress by default scales all uploaded images with width 2560 pixels and above and uses a copy of them called original_image_name-scaled.jpg. With this option the Speed Optimizer provides more flexibility to the user to either change the max image width or completely disable the scaling. There is also a filter which can be used to change the value to a custom one:
https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/speed-optimizer/custom-filters/#Customize_maximum_image_width
That being said, I tested this functionality on a brand new WordPress application (v6.7.1) with the latest version of the Speed Optimizer plugin enabled (v7.7.2), but I was not able to reproduce the reported issue. I uploaded the following test image (JPEG, 3.2MB, 5323×8000 pixels) two times: https://snipboard.io/luXS3F.jpg- With the “Maximum Image Width” feature enabled and set to 2560px. The test image was uploaded successfully and scaled down to 1703×2560 pixels with size 578 KB:
https://share.nmblc.cloud/59420803 - When the “Maximum Image Width” feature was disabled the same image was uploaded without a change in the resolution:

If you are still experiencing this you should try disabling all plugins, except the Speed Optimizer, and / or change the theme to one of the default WordPress themes. If the issue is resolved then you should re-enable the plugins one-by-one until the problematic one is found.
If this did not help and you are a SiteGround customer, please post a ticket from your SiteGround Customer Area and we will check this further.
