This happens because the Wishlist is also stored in cookies. You should make such tests in incognito browser mode with cache & cocokies disabled.
Also if you are using any cache plugin or cache is enabled on your server, you should also add the wishlist page into excludes.

Generally any element is possible to customize using custom CSS. There are several cases when the changes are not reflected:
1) You use the wrong element class or ID
2) Styles that come from the theme have higher priority
3) Cache
4) Typos in CSS rulesIf you provide us with a link and what CSS you use, we can check the issue further.

Such a functionality persists in a premium version of our plugin and it’s called “Estimate Emails”. A user can send a wishlist with some description to a website admin/store owner for a quote.
