Hi @pritam47 we use PUT & PATCH requests in the admin interface for our plugin. This can cause trouble on some server environments. The first thing I would suggest trying is: in wp-admin -> Start Booking -> Settings -> Connection change the connection type from Default or Proxy to Direct. This will allow the requests to come directly to the Start Booking APIs without passing through your server. This should eliminate the problem you are experiencing. In addition to this option, you can always edit your users and services on the Start Booking platform.

Hi @franrodriguezteveo sorry for the delayed response. The way our bookings work is that you embed a shortcode or block into a page and then it lists our your services. Then a customer can select a date/time for the appointment, enter their details, and confirm the booking reservation. You can manage your schedule and availability and block out dates outside of Dec. We do not satisfy multiple locations by default be we do have a few solutions our live chat support can walk you through if both locations are in the same timezone. The maximum availability in our system is determined by service duration, users ability to provide the service, and the users working hours. We then send confirmation of the appointment to the customer and the user selected to provide the service. We also send out email reminders and have the ability to add text message reminders.

There are a few errors in the console that are unrelated to our plugin. I was not able to see the error you provided above but I can see that you are using a plugin that combines and minifies javascript. Can you try excluding default-appointment.js from that tool? Then we can look into it more. Please feel free to reach out to our chat support and we can walk you through troubleshooting and get this resolved for you.

Hi, you can create as many appointments as you would like with the same email. The email is however attached to an individual user so that user’s details (First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number) are securely populated when the user books an additional appointment. This is to help keep the user’s details and appointment history clean and organized in the booking application.

If there is a language you need that is not included in the list, you can submit a request to the live chat agents at startbooking.com and the team should be able to get it added in a reasonable time. In order to set your language, please visit the “Language & Locale” settings inside the form editor. In addition to translations, we also offer the ability to customize the text to better fit your use case in the form editor.

RussianHi @kunya, thank you for reaching out. We added the ability to include multiple single service blocks to the same page a few versions ago. We just did a release that transferred this functionality to the single service shortcode. Please update your plugin to the most recent version to utilize this functionality. Hi Kunya, you are correct. We do not currently have the ability to connect your booking form to stripe in test mode.
